INVESTOR'S SERVICE CENTER / LIBRARY


Research and Development Wing of the U. P. Stock Exchange Limited has been functioning ever since 1992 under SEBI directions and providing valuable services to the investors. The Wing presently named as `Investors' Service Centre' has a well maintained Library comprising of Books, journals, periodicals and Newspapers on Financial Markets. Records of Daily Quotations from major Exchanges is well maintained, Annual Reports of Companies, PRIME Directory, Complete SET OF Volumes of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai Directories, News Letters, Daily Bulletin, Books on Capital Markets, Investor Awareness, Budget, Taxation and other relevant books is readily made available to the investors for references. 

U. P. Stock Exchange Limited has also been organizing summer camps for trainees of Company Secretaries and M.B.A's from various institutes providing them complete data and helping the students 
to understand the practical day to-day working of the Exchanges.

Besides, Investor Awareness Shows are also organised inviting students from schools & colleges giving them exposure to the Capital Market, working of Depositories by arranging Quiz programmes, installing company stalls and Exhibitions.

With the changing technology, U. P. Stock Exchange  Limited has also installed a Corporate Database of more than 7000 Companies and arranged for Live display of rates of U.P.S.E, BSE and NSE for the benefit of the members/investors. Every news update received from the Companies, SEBI and other Exchanges is immediately disseminated by flashing on the News Flash and copies pasted on the Notice Board.

All the above facilities are provided free of cost to one and all and any query is immediately attended by the Help Desk situated in the Investor Service Centre, headed by a responsible Official of the Exchange.

Moreover, an Investors' Grievances Cell of the Exchange is functioning separately for expeditious and effective redressal of investors grievances. Arbitration mechanism is well placed and investors are free either to refer their grievances first to Grievance Complaint Cell and if agreed can lodge arbitration proceeding or they can directly file their grievance to Arbitration Committee duly approved by the SEBI.
